Paper formatting instructions

The manuscript should be doubled-spaced. The document should use Times New Roman or Arial fonts preferably to avoid printing problems later on. Note that the publishing house will retype the whole paper, so that the font size you use is not a great concern.

Each table should be placed on a separate page, typed double-spaced and placed at the end of the document.

Each Figure should occupy a whole page and be placed at the end of the document. Each Figure must carry a figure number for identification purposes, preferably at the very bottom of the page. Figure captions should be typed double-spaced in a list placed at the end of the document; preferably captions should not be included on the artwork itself. Note that the publishing house will take a picture of the Figure, so that making the Figures as large as possible is preferable.

Manuscript title pages should include the full affiliation of all the authors and full mailing address of the contact author. As these must publish on the paper's title page, this information must be included on the manuscripts.

Final recommendations

If the electronic material exceeds 2Mbytes, it is strongly recommended that you zip it before you email it. Zipping all the requested files into a single file is always encouraged as well.
